Data We Hold

We store your name, contact details, payment method identifiers and transaction history for the period required by applicable Indian law. No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes at any time.

Cookie Controls

Our cookie consent banner lets you accept, reject or customise each cookie category when you first visit. You can revisit those choices at any time through the Privacy Settings link in the site footer.

Account Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes and never in plain text. We apply two-step verification on withdrawal requests, and any login from an unrecognised device triggers an email alert to your registered address.

Retention Periods

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for the statutory period after closure. When the retention period lapses, we delete or anonymise your records in line with our data-deletion schedule.

Right to Request Changes

You can request a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion of non-statutory records by raising a ticket from your account dashboard or emailing our policy address.

Policy Update Notices

When we change these terms we post the updated version here and send an email to your registered address at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. You are responsible for confirming that using our platform is lawful in your state or region before opening an account or depositing funds.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and the payment method details you provide — UPI handle, Paytm number or PhonePe identifier. We use this data solely for identity verification and transaction processing.

Log in, go to the Help section of your account dashboard, and raise a ticket tagged as a Data Access Request. We process it within 30 days and deliver the data to your registered email in a structured format.

Yes. Raise a deletion request through the helpdesk. We delete all non-statutory data within 30 days. Records required by Indian financial regulations are retained for the statutory period, after which they are also deleted.

Email our policy address with your account ID, a description of the dispute and any supporting documents. We review and respond in writing within five business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent Indian courts.
